ABC’s ‘Scandal’ season 3 spoilers: Will we learn about the Olivia leak’s source?

For those of you who have been desperate to find out something about the third season of “Scandal,” we’re finally getting to the point where there is actually something to share.

According to a new report from TVLine, one thing that you are going to find out at some point during this season is something that you have been surely waiting for an answer to: Who leaked Olivia Pope’s relationship with Fitz to the press? This will happen over the course of flashbacks, where we are hoping that we will find out more than just the who; we’re also hoping for the why. Nonetheless, the report suggests that no matter who is responsible for what we are about to see, it could very well blow the lid off of our expectations.

On a different subject, here’s something else to look forward to: Meeting Cyrus’ new office assistant. The character is described as a young man who is also “oppressed,” and you can take the meaning behind that adjective however you so choose. We just hope that the character continues to have something great to sink his teeth into (but not in a vampire/”True Blood” sort of way), if for no other reason than that Jeff Perry clearly deserves it.
