‘Supernatural’ season 9 notes: Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles, Misha Collins

For this story, we’re really talking about three of “Supernatural’s” biggest stars, and this one is probably going to leave you with an interesting mixture of emotions. You will start off excited and with a smile on your face, and then find yourself choking up somewhere near the end.

We start with this pretty awesome photo that Warner Bros. has been handing out of Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles modeling what are the official Comic-Con bags for their show. These bags are going to be handed out this weekend to lucky attendees of the annual San Diego convention, and we find it both hilarious and awesome that they also include a cape. Of course, here’s the real question: What do you do if you are already dressed as Superman, and now you have a cape to go over your cape? (Okay, we hear that you can actually remove it, but that takes away some of the fun.)

July 21 is pretty much going to be “Supernatural” day at the convention. Not only will you have an opportunity to see Jared, Jensen, Misha Collins, and Mark S. Sheppard talk about their experiences filming the show at Hall H, but there is also an event going on at 2:00 p.m. local time at Nerd HQ featuring Jared and Jensen. Sadly, that event is already sold out.
