‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 10 spoilers: Sarah Drew on pairings, upcoming table read
Before we talk about anything else related to “Grey’s Anatomy,” let’s start off with what has to be the big news for many: We’re almost at the start of production! While filming for the ABC show may not be here just yet, star Sarah Drew (April) announced on her Twitter account late this past week that the first table read for the new season is going to happen on Monday! This means that the story will really be more out in the open than it ever was before, and we will be a step closer to the film getting rolling.
We know that the end to season 9 contained a number of big cliffhangers, whether it be the fate of Webber after his electrocution and also the state of Meredith’s new baby. As for April’s love life, there is still the debate as to whether or not Jackson or Matthew will be the one for her. While we know that a good many fans are hoping for the former, Drew told a fan that she loves them both, suggesting that she will be satisfied no matter what.
We expect there to be at least some closure when it comes to this storyline this coming season, mostly because April needs to move on to some other challenges in her life. While many “Grey’s Anatomy” characters work in a pretty small, confined space, Rhimes has been pretty adept over the years of continuing giving them new things to do.
What do you want to see happen for April on “Grey’s Anatomy” season 10? We want to hear some of your thoughts below! Meanwhile, be sure to click here if you want to also check out some more scoop from Shonda Rhimes on these scripts.

I’d love to see April leave the show somehow. Her character is way too flawed and annoying to root for. What makes me so sad is that Rhimes has had SO MANY opportunities to write April off the show and has never done anything to her, while killing off more well liked, more important characters. I feel that April has the lowest fanbase and is probably the least liked current character on the show. I know I sure don’t like her or care about her relationships.

I think the character has evolved over time, so for now I think you’re in the minority for wanting her written off. Many viewers have become really invested in what happens to her/her and Jackson next season. Let’s hope the upcoming season is a good one all round!
