The Madison season 2 premiere date: A June 2026 update

Is there a chance that we are going to learn something more on The Madison season 2 between now and the end of June? Obviously, this is a show we’re eager to learn more about, mostly because the first chapter hit on so many emotional notes.

Also, we’re aware of the fact that the Paramount+ series is in a pretty unique situation. After all, filming for season 2 took place some time ago and when you consider that, it could actually air at almost any point. We are mostly at a point now where we are waiting to see what the powers-that-be at the streaming service actually decide. Do they want Michelle Pfeiffer and the rest of the cast back sooner rather than later?

Well, here is where we are meant to remind you of a rather specific fact: We do not think that anyone at Paramount is going to be in a hurry to share too much more regarding the future. After all, the first season of The Madison just premiered earlier this year and there are already so many shows slated for this year — you have Lioness, more Tulsa King, and potentially the fifth and final season of Mayor of Kingstown. That is without even mentioning Landman, which may or may not be coming out at some point at the end of the year. (Filming for it will kick off this summer.)

Unless the powers-that-be really decide to give us season 2 earlier than expected, a winter 2027 launch makes the most sense. They have no real reason to rush anything along! We tend to think we will be lucky to hear more about what lies ahead between now and the end of the month.
