Is there any chance that we are going to be hearing more about The Gilded Age season 4 between now and the end of June? Make no mistake that of course, it would be great to have more to say in regards to the future!

The first thing that we really should do here, though, is go ahead and share the regrettable news that we are still going to be waiting for a while to see the cast and crew back in action. However, it may not be as long as you would necessarily assume. HBO recently noted that we will be seeing the historical drama back this year, which is honestly earlier than we had anticipated in advance! Previously, our general thought was that we were going to be lucky to see the show back early next year!

So why are we going to be diving into The Gilded Age before 2026 is over? A lot just has to do with the way that it is filmed. Unlike another HBO show in The Last of Us that is also in production, this one really benefits from the fact that there are not a ton of visual effects and because of that, the process of getting it together in post-production is not some substantial challenge. We obviously welcome this and beyond just that, we are also eager to see what the writers come up with!

Based on where things stand at present, one thing is very much clear: Bertha is going to have an especially big story this time around. Our general sentiment is that moving forward, the status of her marriage is going to be front and center to just about everything.
