Wednesday season 3 premiere date: A May 2026 update

Is there a reasonable chance that we could hear something more about Wednesday season 3 between now and the end of May?

First and foremost, we really should start off here by stating the obvious: The Jenna Ortega show IS coming back for more, and you do not need to worry about that. The main question now is when we are going to have a chance to see it launch, an there could be some sort of extended wait even still

From where things stand at present, let’s just start with the following: There is a reasonable chance that the next batch of episodes will not arrive until the summer of next year. By virtue of that, the chances of any major news this month are pretty slim to none. There will be more chances to explore it late this year or in the winter, especially since production remains ongoing.

As for what the major stories will be…

Well, at present, it feels like one of the major ones is tied to Ophelia and what her discovery could mean for the entire Addams Family in general. This is a show that has slowly unpeeled some layers but at the same exact time, it seems like some of the darkest stuff is still to come and somehow, we have to be prepared for that.

Beyond all of this, though, just remember that Nevermore is a huge part of the story and through that, we have a hard time thinking that anything is going to drift too far from what we’ve seen when it comes to the characters there. It almost does ground Wednesday and some other characters in the strangest way possible.
