‘NCIS’ season 11: Pauley Perrette ready to return for more

Are you ready for production on “NCIS” season 11 to start up? We definitely are, primarily because we know the wait is not much longer until it does. Compared to where we were back in May, waiting around until late September for new episodes does not exactly feel anywhere near as insufferable.

One person who definitely is excited to go back to work soon? Pauley Perrette, who is ever a supporter of her show on social media. Following the Fourth of July holiday (which included a pretty lengthy marathon of the show airing over on USA), the actress had the following to say on Twitter about her general excitement level heading into the new season:

“We watched HOURS of the #NCIS marathon last night on @USA_Network Can’t WAIT to get back to work on Season 11!”

What is there to look forward to come September 24? In addition to having the opportunity to see people who are a part of your TV family, there are more chances for creative storytelling. When you are entering an astounding 11th season on the air, this is the time when you can try new things and know that your fans will stand by you. We’ll find out a little bit more about what these new things could be a little later this summer, but for now we’ll tell you to be ready to see a time jump (but also some flashbacks), and at least a few guest stars from this past season turning up again.
