Is The Hunting Party new tonight on NBC? We recognize that the hiatus last week may have been frustrating for many out there.

So is there any good news that we can share about the show’s status now? Well, unfortunately, this is where the regrettable news does come into play: The crime drama is going to be off tonight. Not only that, but it will remain that way heading into next week as well. If you are looking for a simple reason behind it, it really just comes down to the following: The Winter Olympics. This is something that does interrupt programming once every four years, and it is happening here as well.

Now that we’ve said that, we are at least happy to say that NBC is at least sharing a few more details about “Noah Cyrus,” the upcoming installment that is featuring a more sinister role from the often-comedic Kelsey Grammer. 02/26/2026 (10:00PM – 11:00PM) (Thursday) : Two decades after his apparent death, cult leader and serial killer Noah Cyrus (guest star Kelsey Grammer) appears on the doorstep of one of his followers. Against the clock, the team races to stop Cyrus’ plans, but everything is not as it seems.

Moving beyond this, we certainly do not think that the show is going to be doing anything fundamentally different from what we have seen over the course of the past year. This is a show that is mostly just about watching Bex and the team do what they can to ensure some awful people are stopped, though there are some backstory elements thrown in here at the same time along with a long-term threat.
