‘Big Brother 15’ live feed spoilers: Plans for McCrae, Andy, and the Head of Household

AndyLet’s start this “Big Brother 15” article off with a warning, just in case you’ve stumbled into this on accident: There are major spoilers ahead from the live feed. If you don’t want to know what happens, you’re better off not reading from here on out.

As we posted at the tail end of our last update about the Head of Household competition, it was won (sadly, to many of us) by the combination of Jeremy and Aaryn in a close-fought battle. Jeremy apparently decided that he really wasn’t that interested in the power, and he wants to compete next week, so he therefore gave it to Aaryn. We can’t stand the guy, but this was strategically the right move. It would have been easy for the MVP to nominate her, but it will be more difficult to do so with him considering that he is a Power of Veto threat.

For those of you wondering about a possible rule violation for Jeremy at the end of the competition, we don’t imagine the show would have given Aaryn her basket. This wasn’t like the “Big Brother Canada” challenge with the bees where cheaters were difficult to spot; we’re assuming that the end result is the end result until proven otherwise.

So what are Aaryn’s plans? She’s keeping it somewhat close to the vest, but you have to assume that Elissa is a strong possibility, based on the hatred for her that she has made rather clear time and time again. She also is wary of both Candice and Nick, and Helen so they are probably a possibility as well, given that they just don’t get along, and you can say the same thing about Amanda. Jeremy is bragging that this is more or less his HoH, so that remains to be seen. Aaryn also supposedly heard the crowd boo her relentlessly when she voted for Elissa, so she’s now claiming that she’s going to be “fake” to get people to like her. (Good luck with that, given that you also called America “stupid” for giving Elissa the MVP.) For whatever reason, we don’t think McCrae is a big target, given that he was able to look like the Elissa save was not his plan since he put her up in the first place.

As for some other assorted updates, McCrae and Amanda are trying to just lay low for the week, Andy is kissing up relentless to Aaryn and has seemingly made up some major ground with her, and Candice and Helen are trying to play Sherlock Holmes to figure out the vote. Spencer’s coming close to being outed as a liar, and if Helen wins MVP, she is actually thinking about nominating him. (Spencer’s an awful sexist pig, but he’s more or less on Helen’s side whereas Kaitlin / Jeremy are not.) Not a great move.

As for the Have-Nots, they are Elissa, Helen, Andy, and Candice. We don’t want to rag on this, and it could be a coincidence, but does anyone else find it interesting that aside from the woman she hates, Aaryn named an Asian-American, an African-American, and a gay man? Shady.

There’s still a lot to get to, but we’ll have more in the morning. The important thing to note is that there is a lot of butt-kissing, name-calling (still, sadly), and Aaryn is probably going to blow her HoH not getting out people who are real threats to her game. She’s also probably going to freak when Elissa wins MVP again. It’s going to happen this time not only because of Rachel Reilly fans, but also because of people who hate Aaryn and want to see her power squandered.
