Severance season 3 premiere date: Is a winter reveal coming?
Is there any chance that we could hear about a Severance season 3 premiere date between now and the end of the spring? Or, have we just navigated fully into some sort of twisted dreamworld?
There is of course a lot we can say on this subject right now, but let’s just begin with the following: You really have to set your expectations properly when it comes to the Adam Scott series. If you watched the first season when it was on Apple TV, then you know that the break between seasons 1 and 2 was impossibly long. Insofar as we can tell now, the same may be true.

After all, go ahead and remember that at present, season 3 has yet to start filming. We hope that this changes within the first half of 2026 and if it does, this will mark us at least getting some sort of good news in the winter. That is likely all we will get, unless of course some casting news manages to surface.
At this point, we would honestly consider ourselves lucky to get any Severance episodes on the air at all before we get around to the spring of 2027. We do tend to think that in theory, there will be less of a break between seasons 2-3 than what we saw between seasons 1-2 … but nothing is altogether guaranteed at present.
The only thing that is clear to us? Well, once again, the show is venturing off into the great unknown now that Gemma is seemingly out in the world. If Mark does remain at Lumon, what becomes of him? Are we ever going to see more of Irving again? There are so many things that at present, we are very-much left to wonder.
