‘Glee’ season 5 notes: Lea Michele – Chris Colfer announcements

Want to know what is going on in the world of some of your favorite “Glee” stars? We hope to have a few more specific updates soon when it comes to the plot of season 5, but for now check out what some of the actors are doing with their last few moments away from the set.

Lea Michele – While she wraps up her summer vacation, the woman responsible for Rachel Berry is taking yet another dive into the world of recording. In a new post on Twitter, Lea confirmed that she has the opportunity right now to work with someone very accomplished in Anne Preven, and a certain pop megastar is inspiring her to be even better at her craft than she already is:

“In the studio w/ @AnnePreven at @PulseRecording.. Was so pumped after yesterday’s #Beyonce concert I needed to get into the booth & sing!”

There is still no timetable as to when Lea’s disc is actually going to come out. (Think sometime either in the holiday season or early next year.)

Chris Colfer news – Meanwhile, Lea’s co-star Chris has confirmed that not only will there be an audiobook recording coming up of his sequel to The Land of Stories, but that he will serve as the narrator. This means that if you like his voice, you’re really going to like this, given that it contains over eleven hours of material. Let’s hope he has a bottle of water nearby.
