NCIS season 23 premiere sneak peek: See Parker’s sister!

In just the span of one week you are going to have a chance to see the NCIS season 23 premiere arrive on CBS. Is there more we can say about it now?

Well, for starters, let’s just go ahead and note that in the aftermath of the crazy season 22 finale, one thing is pretty clear: Alden Parker wants justice. Also, we tend to think that he is going to do whatever he can to try and make that happen. There is no bringing his father back, but he can try to put his all into stopping mob boss Carla Marino.

Well, if you head over to TVLine right now, you can see a better sense of what lies ahead, and of Parker meeting his sister (played here by Last Man Standing alum Nancy Travis). This is not someone we heard that much about in the past, but she is someone who has had a decorated career in the Navy, and is well-aware of a lot of the shady stuff that Alden has done in the past.

Our general feeling is that Parker will need to either work with his sister or some people within the team in the event that he really wants to get justice for his father — but is he going to be able to avoid that instinct to try and go rogue? That is a huge part of his identity, mostly because it has been a really huge part of his childhood. That is something that his sister knows better than anyone, so do not be surprised if on some level, it is a pretty major part of the story as we move forward.
