Destination X season 1 finale sneak peek: Arrival in London

The season 1 finale of Destination X is coming to NBC on Tuesday night — are you ready to learn more about what is ahead?

Well, there is one thing that stands out regarding what we are seeing about the finale already — namely, that this feels to some extent like a departure from most of the season. The remaining three guys in Biggy, Peter, and Rick are all going to know they’re in London, so this is a little similar to what we saw earlier this season in Vince. The question that they will have to figure out here is a little bit different — what are they doing there? Is there a specific adventure they are about to embark on?

If you head over to the official YouTube page at NBC, you can see a sneak preview that does a good job of at least painting the picture for what the final episode is going to look like. They are all aware that host Jeffrey Dean Morgan likely has some sort of big-time twist up his sleeve, though it is not quite clear what it is.

Who is the likely winner?

If we had to rank them we’d say that Rick is in first place, given how strong and consistent he’s been for most of the season. Meanwhile, we’d put Pilot Pete second and Biggy (who has the least amount of travel experience) third — but you could also argue that Biggy has had a good underdog edit for most of the season. We honestly could see him being the champ in some sort of dramatic come-from-behind manner. That uncertainty is probably what does make the finale a little more exciting.
