‘Big Brother 15’ houseguest spotlight: Candice Stewart

Candice StewartIn looking at yet another houseguest that is going to be a part of “Big Brother 15,” we have a woman here in Candice Stewart who we think has a good opportunity to be a fan favorite. Usually, we throw our hands up in their in frustration whenever we have someone with a southern accent trying to get by on just playing the “gee, golly” card, but there’ something more here that makes her interesting. Part of it is helped by the fact that she doesn’t really look or sound like anyone else on this season.

Yes, it is something annoying that casting producers have found another former NFL cheerleader / pageant contestant to appear, but at least here they found someone who actually doesn’t mention it in the first few seconds that you meet them.

Name – Candice Stewart

Age – 29

Location – Houston, Texas

Job – Pediatric speech therapist

Personality traits – Humble, reasonably kind, and unafraid to share her thoughts or passions. She’s going to be somewhat of an open book it sounds like, and she is someone who wants to go into the house, make new experiences, and try her best at playing the game without straying too far from who she is. With her job, you have to imagine that she won’t do anything too horrible in order to win.

Strengths – Being likable and loyal can get you pretty far (just ask Jordan), and as a cheerleader, she is both athletic and competitive. Therefore, we expect her to be just as feisty as Danielle was in the challenges last year, hopefully without running around talking about how amazing she is all the time.

Weaknesses – The biggest one we see is just that we don’t quite think she will make any big moves, regardless of what she says, to win the game. With her story of being adopted and working hard to have what she has, we can’t imagine her going too dirty or stabbing too many people in the back. Therefore, we see her being honest when she probably shouldn’t be.

Early prediction – Candice has the tools to go pretty far into the game, at least to a jury level. However, we also think that there are going to be enough gamers in the house to know that she could be a threat in the endgame … but she’s not dangerous enough to be targeted early.
