‘Big Brother 15’ houseguest spotlight: Jeremy McGuire

Jeremy McGuireDo we have one of our first villains of the season on “Big Brother 15”? If there are two words that we would use to describe this new houseguest Jeremy McGuire, it would be “Evil Frank.” There are some pretty clear similarities between the two when it comes to their vernacular, but this guy seems to be much more ruthless, and even less willing to make a good many friends when it comes to the game.

As we’ve said with all of these individual spotlight articles, we do want to hear from you! You can also check out our most-recent posts on the subject of “Big Brother” in the sidebar to the bottom right, and you can also click here if you want to check out our exclusive interview with Rachel Reilly about her sister playing the game.

Name – Jeremy McGuire

Age – 23

Location – Katy, Texas

Job – Boat shop associate

Personality traits – Athletic, arrogant, and determined seem to be the best words to describe this guy. He does not seem to be entertaining the notion of going on the show to make friends or fall in love; he wants to cause problems in the house and stab alliance members in the back, so expect a pretty ruthless game from him.

Strengths – Easily, being young and athletic should help him go pretty far if he can win challenges. Like Frank, he has that sort of mentality that he can win anything. He also may be able to persuade a woman to stick by him if he masks some of his cockiness well enough.

Weaknesses – He’s never really watched the show, so the worst-case scenario is that he is reasonably insufferable when it comes to his strategy. We are also almost guaranteed that like Frank, not everyone is going to like him. He’s probably going to be seen as a threat, and we’re not sure he has the social skills necessarily to talk his way out of trouble.

Early prediction – Jeremy’s a solid early jury player. He’ll probably do a good job at keeping himself in check the first few weeks, but your flaws start to come out as you dig deeper into the game. By the time someone figures him out, there will probably be enough threats left to keep him from going on a competition streak.
