‘The Bachelorette’ spoilers: Week 5 brings tension for James Case, guys

While “The Bachelorette” may have already sent one controversial contestant home already, there are still some very dramatic moments coming up … including some via a guy who seemed to be fine on the surface during a Jersey Shore-themed date in James Case.

So what are we talking about right now? You got a sense of some conflict coming in the preview for this coming episode (more soon), but in speaking further on the matter to TV Guide, host Chris Harrison tried to compare the James situation to what we have seen this season in Ben Scott:

“It really is shocking considering the guy you just saw on the Hurricane date. He really blind-sided everybody. Ben has been Ben from Day 1, but James really surprised people.”

When it comes to location, next week will feature the remaining guys taking off to Germany, which should be yet another opportunity for some of them to make memories. But will we as viewers? That’s what we’re starting to wonder. This season has come across at times as bland, and although there has been drama, we’re missing some of that personality that we had with both Emily Maynard and Sean Lowe’s most-recent outings as the ones handing out roses.
