ABC’s ‘Revenge’ season 3 spoilers: The great confusion of Jack Porter

So how is a certain Jack Porter going to be feeling when “Revenge” season 3 picks up on ABC with new episodes early in September? If there is one word to describe it right now, it’s “confused.” He once loved Emily, and there may be a certain sense of relief somewhere inside of him that the original love of his life is in fact still alive. However, he’s sure going to have a hard time showing that when you remember that this same woman also lied to him for the past two seasons.

Trying to sum up all of these emotions is not going to be a particularly easy thing to do. However, Nick Wechsler still tries his best, as he said the following to TV Fanatic on the subject of his character’s future in a new interview:

“As much as it’s like ‘oh my God, you’ve just revealed to me that you are…this explains the connection I’ve had to you all along, you are the girl that I’ve been in love with, but I’m also hurt that you’ve been lying and that you set up a sequence of events that led to me losing someone I thought was you, I thought was the love of my life.’”

Will he be able to forgive Emily in time? At some point, we’re sure that the answer here will be “yes,” given that they do still have a common goal in working to take down Conrad Grayson. As for whether or not he will ever love her as Amanda Clarke again, that remains to be seen.
