‘The Bachelorette’: Desiree Hartsock praises Sean Lowe, Catherine Giudici

Desiree Hartsock is still in the process of promoting “The Bachelorette” to anyone and everyone, but even while doing so, she is apparently not completely forgetting about the fact that she was once a contestant on “The Bachelor.”

So does Desiree still hold any ill will towards Sean Lowe for not picking her, especially with the way in which it happened after the hometown date from hell? It sure doesn’t seem like it. As a matter of fact, she’s thrilled for both him and his new fiancee Catherine Giudici (who she spent plenty of time with while filming the show last fall). Desiree opened up about whether or not she has seen Sean lately in a chat with Ryan Seacrest, and the answer is just about what you would expect from a woman who is trying to move forward with a new relationship after being heartbroken:

“No I actually haven’t. I saw him once and said hello, but I haven’t been in contact with him … I moved past that and I have no hard feelings. I think Catherine and Sean are great.”

While she watches her journey for love unfold on TV, Sean and Catherine are still in the process of trying to plan out their future together. They said during the “After the Final Rose” special that they would love to have a wedding that takes place pretty soon, and Los Angeles seems to be the ideal location given that it is easy for ABC’s production crew, and is also a halfway point between Washington and Texas. If Desiree gets engaged on this show, she’s already from Los Angeles, therefore the wedding plans become pretty easy.
