‘Game of Thrones’ season 4 ‘spoilers’: George R.R. Martin on what you won’t see

Game of ThronesWe all know that Sunday night’s “Game of Thrones” season 3 finale is going to be dramatic, and will probably cause quite a few jaws to drop (including those in Westeros when they realize what happened to a few people with some power).

What is going to happen beyond that? Production on season 4 is only a month or so away, and scripts are already being written and prepared for just about every installment. For more on this, we turn to a man who knows more about this show than anyone else alive: A Song of Ice and Fire author George R.R. Martin. As a part of his appearance on “Conan,” the man was polite enough to share a few spoilers on some future seasons of the show. The problem? Not all of these are entirely serious, and by “not all of these,” we pretty much mean that all of them are jokes.

Some assorted highlights:

-“Joffrey adopts an adorable lion cub and learns the true meaning of Christmas.”

-“After season 4, we’re doing a complete reboot featuring Daenaerys Targeryan played by Zachary Quinto.”

-“The Lords and Ladies of Winterfell are saved by their long-lost cousin, Tony Stark.”

To us really, the best part of this entire clip are the random cries of “Hodor” that come in the middle of the conversation (and we really would not have it any other way).

Okay, enough of this silliness. If you want to at least check out a brief tease of what HBO could be offering up on “Game of Thrones” next season, the best suggestion that we can offer to you is head on over to the link here, and enjoy what is thrown in your direction.
