‘Two and a Half Men’ season 11 spoilers: Who will replace Angus T. Jones?

As you may have heard already, “Two and a Half Men” is set to lose Angus T. Jones as a series regular moving into the fall season, mostly because the actor wants to attend college (where he will hopefully not run into more things that are “filth”). The ramifications of this do extend beyond just a longtime character being gone, though, as the show has to try and find someone in order to properly take his place.

So who will that be? We do not have a name for you just yet, but there is this lovely morsel worth passing along. According to a report from Deadline, producers behind the CBS smash hit are currently in the process of casting a young woman to take on the part of Charlie Harper’s love child, who he of course never knew about during his life. Yes, it’s super-convenient (and against the show’s title, since she is not a man) for her to be showing up at this point, but then again it’s definitely not out of the realm of possibility that Charlie fathered a few children and never found out about it.

As for who this actress will be, we’re sure that producers are searching for at least a reasonably well-known star. Miley Cyrus’ name had been brought up earlier this spring, but she would be too difficult to obtain for money and scheduling reasons. We just find it funny that at the moment, Jon Cryer is the only person that is keeping this series from being a completely new and rebooted show.
