Dancing with the Stars: Where is Cheryl Burke for Len Goodman tribute?
As you prepare for tomorrow’s Dancing with the Stars 32 tribute to Len Goodman tomorrow night, one familiar face will be MIA from the ballroom. In a post on Threads, longtime former pro Cheryl Burke made it clear that she will not be a part of the tribute. What’s going on here? It’s a simple matter of her not being asked to take part:
“For those of you asking if I’ll be a part of Len Goodman’s tribute next week on DWTS, unfortunately, I wasn’t invited. however, I’ll be there in spirit and can’t wait to cheer my former colleagues on! Sending love and light to everyone.”
So why wasn’t she asked? That is really the big question and while we know that some other former pros did not get an invitation, she is by far the most prolific of any of them, having been a part of it for the vast majority of its run. We understand that there’s only so much time that can be allotted given the amount of performances that also need to happen, but it is very much strange, all things considered.
There are going to be several former Dancing with the Stars pros turning up tomorrow that we have not seen in several years, so there will be some nostalgia there. The show has already tributed Goodman by naming the Mirrorball Trophy in his honor, and we do think that they will keep his memory close in heart. While Len may be known as a pretty tough critic of the performances, he was also known to have a big heart behind the scenes. He was an institution of the series, and one of the reasons why it was such a staple for so many years.
What do you most want to see when it comes to Dancing with the Stars season 32 tomorrow night?
