‘All-Star Celebrity Apprentice’: Did Trace Adkins, Penn Jillette, or Lil Jon make finale?

All-Star Celebrity ApprenticeThanks in part to the finales of both “Survivor” and “Revenge” airing on the same night, we’re admittedly running a little bit late when it comes to chatting about this episode of “The Celebrity Apprentice.” However, we do have some sweet drama to share with you now, and we’ll be back with some more thoughts soon on the final two.

As per always with this show, Donald Trump interviewed the contestants before making his decision, and he delivered in the end what was a pretty controversial choice: He dismissed both Lil Jon and Lisa Rinna, which to us came as somewhat of a shock. We knew that Penn Jillette would be in the final two, but Trace Adkins? The guy seemed utterly disinterested at times to really be in the game, and made a series of bizarre moves along the way including allowing the name of Trump’s wife to be spelled wrong during a task that Dennis Rodman took the fall on at the end of the day.

While we question not having Lil Jon or Lisa in the finale over Trace, there’s no doubting that this is a pretty tremendous finale on paper. You have the two titans, who were both 2-0 as Project Managers, facing off in an epic battle to create a new flavor of ice cream for Walgreens. It’s somewhat of a cheesy idea, but with them being forced to work with the likes of Dennis and Gary Busey, it will likely still find a way to be an utter train-wreck.

Do you think that Trump made the right decision, or should he really just fire himself? In case you didn’t hear, “The Celebrity Apprentice” is renewed for another season! You can find out some more news on this very subject here.
