‘The Walking Dead’ season 4 spoilers: Take a look into zombie school!

The Walking DeadWith “The Walking Dead” officially starting up production this week in Atlanta, it only seems appropriate for us to spend a little bit of time today talking about what happens behind the scenes in order for ordinary people to become what this show is really all about: Zombies.

In the rather awesome video below, newly-named executive producer Greg Nicotero gives you a full-on look into the kind of work and preparation that goes into being a member of the undead army on this show. It is ultimately quite a challenge to make people over in such a way, and there are a number of components to it in between getting the right people, making sure they understand their role correctly, and taking them through “zombie school” to learn the do’s and don’ts of zombie behavior. If this is something that you have been looking forward to doing for most of your adult life, we have a feeling that this is something that you are going to love far more than we can ever put into words here.

After the zombie students are trained, they are then measured for specific clothing from the wardrobe department, that way when they arrive to work they can be fitted, put into makeup, and prepared to be on TV. While being a zombie can be fun, the downside is that there are probably many hours of standing around and waiting on the show’s set … which is often very hot considering that they are in Atlanta.

What do you think about zombie school, and how badly do you want to attend based on this video? If you want to check out some more news when it comes to production starting to really get going, you can do so just by paying a visit over to the link here.
