‘True Blood’ season 6 spoilers: A whole new group of vampires
When you remember that there are only ten episodes in “True Blood” season 6, it is suddenly that much more significant to be talking about the ninth episode of the season. While this is typically where some of the action starts to really become ramped up, on this particular occasion it will be the penultimate episode of the year.
So what sort of details are coming out now? According to a report from SpoilerTV, this episode is going to be titled “Life Matters,” and there are a few characters being cast. The common bond? These characters are all vampires, including a “sickly” one, a “crazy” one, and one that just so happens to be the progeny of the sickly one.
There are a number of new vampires overall entering the season at various points, whether it be new love interests, new adversaries, and potentially people who will have ties to characters we already know. The “Big Bad” for the season is believed to be Macklyn, a mysterious and old vampire who may secretly be Warlow, the vampire who was responsible for the murder of Sookie and Jason Stackhouse’s parents.
The new season of “True Blood” will premiere on HBO on Sunday, June 16 at 9:00 p.m. Eastern time, and it will run until close to the fall. There are set to be some pretty major surprises that take place throughout, so be sure to stay on the lookout for more scoop.
