ABC’s ‘Castle’ season 5 finale spoilers: Stana Katic teases the script

Are you ready for the “Castle” season 5 finale to arrive? Let’s hope so, since one of the show’s biggest stars clearly is as well. The image to the left was shared recently by series star Stana Katic (Beckett) on her Twitter account, and it gives us a taste of what is the most important part of the show’s finale as a whole: the script.

Unfortunately, there is really nothing altogether substantial that we can see in the image, since almost everything that is remotely important is in some way obscured from the public eye. However, we can at least guarantee here that (shocker!) there will be at least one scene that takes place inside of the precinct, and that Esposito is going to be very much involved.

The need to be secretive about the finale is understandable, mostly because there are only going to be so many opportunities out there to surprise an audience with some of the events that happen over the course of an hour. The final few minutes here will of course set the stage for almost everything in the long-suspected sixth season of the show, just as the Castle / Beckett hookup really led to setting the stage properly for this season to happen.

Know this, though: There are some exciting things around the corner at “Castle,” and they will hopefully include some more opportunities to see the characters grow and evolve.
