‘Glee’ season 4, episode 20 preview: Jane Lynch returns; Darren Criss investigates

In case you were wondering whether or not we had actually seen the end of Sue Sylvester last week on “Glee,” it looks as though she will not only be back for the upcoming episode “Lights Out” airing on Thursday, but she will be wasting no time unleashing her reign of terror on pretty much anyone and everyone yet again.

So what can we really expect from the cheerleading coach? First and foremost … aerobics? Sue looks to have gone into the fitness business in her time away from McKinley High, which makes some sense given that there is no way that another school would ever hire her considering what the perception of her is. Of course, this would not be the case if she was to actually reveal to everyone the truth: it was Becky who brought the gun to school, and Sue was just trying to ensure that her life was not ruined at all.

However, some people are not going to take the issue of the gun lying down for the time being … namely Blaine. When the lights at McKinley High go down next week, he is going to lead an operation to try and figure out what happened which includes interrogating Becky. So what in the world will happen to her if and when the truth is revealed? This is where things get sketchy. You can’t possibly keep a student in school who brought a gun, but she is also such a big part of the “Glee” family. Hopefully, this episode does serve as some sort of way in which to pave the road for the character’s future, whether it is as a part of McKinley or somewhere else.
