‘Big Brother Canada’ live feed spoilers: Alec and Talla’s afternoon chat

One day before the “Big Brother Canada” double-eviction show, the campaigning involving some of the houseguests is continuing at a pretty breakneck speed. Is it going to really make any difference in the end results? Probably not, but for the time being you really have to hand out an “A” for effort.

Of course, the person who is earning that grade at the moment is Alec, who has moved beyond threatening people in order to stay in the house to a much smarter strategy: trying to rely more on his smarts in order to pull something off. His latest argument to save himself came in a chat with Talla on Wednesday afternoon, where he more or less made it clear that he knew the plan was to vote him out of the game. However, he emphasized that with the help of him and Peter, he could try to get Emmett and Jillian out of this game, considering that they are the most powerful duo left save for the Shield.

The reason nobody is flipping to Alec’s side with this argument is simple: there’s no incentive for Talla and Andrew to jump from working with one duo to the other, especially since they would probably lose jury votes in the process. Somewhere in his heart, Alec surely knows this. Plus, the houseguests moving forward have a very easy chance to get rid of Emmett: since Jillian cannot play in Thursday’s Head of Household Competition, the odds of him winning are only 20%. Anyone else would be idiotic to not go after the showmance, even if they want someone like Peter or Topaz out more.

For the sake of good drama, we’re hoping for a Peter HoH win … but it’ll all depend on what the competition is.  What do you think about Alec’s proposal here, and does it really make any sense at all for Talla to listen?
