‘Mad Men’ season 6: The most intentionally-awkward Jon Hamm interview ever
It’s almost time for the “Mad Men” season 6 premiere, and we all know what that means: the opportunity to actually see Jon Hamm doing interviews! He is a gifted comedian in addition to being an award-winning dramatic actor, so it is ultimately pretty hard not to appreciate whenever he does choose to bust out his comedic chops.
So when did he do it this time around? It was courtesy of the latest edition of “7 Minutes in Heaven,” the hilarious web series courtesy of Mike O’Brien that basically features him interviewing random people from inside a closet. On this occasion, he proceeded to do a whole array of awkward things with Hamm: the two spoke about body parts, kissing, “Ally McBeal,” and also whether or not complimenting the actor’s work in “The Town” means that you are going to get a kiss out of it.
As if all of this was not already enough for you, the video also features a fake reading of a “Mad Men” script, which is for some reason labeled season 5 even though we are in the sixth season. As with every other edition of this series, O’Brien does end up closing things with a kiss … and this one may be one of the most passionate ones out there. (We think that there are going to be plenty of women and men out there who are pretty jealous of this one.)
Of course, stay tuned leading up to Sunday night, as we are going to have even more analysis of anything and everything in preparation of the “Mad Men” season 6 premiere.
