This season of “Dancing With The Stars” 16 has started off with a bang and for once there seems to mostly be an even playing field (except for Zendaya who is a complete ringer). We love that this season, because it can really be anyone’s game to win at this point, where in seasons past there’s always been two or three people that were out in the lead every single week right from the get go.
Although Zendaya has been at the top of the pack thanks to her dancing background we suspect that over all with the viewer votes she’s not likely going to win the show. In past season sports figures have always done well and usually take home the trophy so we suspect that Jacoby Jones and Victor Ortiz are running at the top of the pack at this point. We have been worried that Andy Dick, D.L. Hughley and our favorite housewife from “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” Lisa Vanderpump might be in trouble this week and could be sent packing.
What everyone really wants to know is who ended up getting sent home tonight and are hanging up their dance shoes for the last time on this season? Well, Lisa was in danger early, and the biggest surprise of all was that somehow, D.L. Hughley’s comedy fans did enough to keep him in the competition for a while longer.
Our final three dancers were a group we were torn about: Andy Dick, Victor Ortiz, and Lisa Vanderpump. This should serve as proof that established pros do carry with them followings, since these three are all performing with people new to the show. Also, none of them should be eliminated.
The shocker? None of them were. Instead, Dorothy Hamill announced that due to her injury and advice from her doctors, she had to withdraw from the competition. This means two straight early exits for Tristan MacManus, but the guy couldn’t have gone out with more class.
