‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ episode 19, season 5 review: NeNe and Gregg talk marriage

On tonight’s episode of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” season 5, we picked up where we left off last week at Kandi’s housewarming party, where Kenya learns that Walter is also at the party.  Kenya is upset because Walter has been showing up to every party and event that she’s at, so she decides to leave the party in a huff.

The next day Cynthia decides to speak to Kenya about Walter, saying that she needs to let the situation with him go and move past it since Walter will likely be at some of the events she will be at, but Kenya can’t help that her feelings were hurt and says that she’s trying to move on.

Gregg and NeNe talk about their future and she suggests that if her show “The New Normal” gets picked up that they would live in Georgia so their son can settle there to go to school and that she would come back to LA when she needs to work, but Gregg doesn’t want them living apart and in fact starts talking about the two of them getting married again.  He tells her that he wants to bring their family back together and asks her to marry him again and she says yes.

Kandi decides to talk to Todd about the idea of getting married and asks him what he thought of the picture of the ring she sent him.  He says that he likes it and starts talking about kids saying that he’d be happy if they got a surrogate.  Kandi brings up the idea of a prenup agreement and he’s more then fine with it but wants to make sure that it’s fair to both of them.

Phaedra and Apollo are making their “Donkey Booty” work out DVD, while Kenya goes to the studio to film her “Stallion Booty” video.  It’s pretty clear from the start that both women have very different ideas of what they want their videos to look and feel like.  Kenya wants a serious DVD that’s only focus is dropping weight, while Phaedra’s video is infused with fun.
