‘Big Brother Canada’ live feed spoilers: Tom, Alec, and the ‘shower incident’
If Tom ever had a chance to stick around in the “Big Brother Canada” house, we are pretty sure that it is gone following what has to be one of the most disgusting things that we have ever seen somebody do in the history of reality TV; and no, that is not an exaggeration at all.
Basically, what happened in the house earlier this evening was this. The Power of Veto Ceremony was held in the house earlier in the day, and as expected Alec decided to not use it so that Tom and Liza could stay on the block. Tom was clearly upset and felt betrayed that someone in his Quattro alliance did not help him out in any way, and he decided to get Alec back by humiliating him. The basic way to sum it up is that while Alec was in the shower, Tom opened the door up and exposed a lot of Alec to viewers watching all over the country.
Ultimately, the good news for Alec is that he managed to cover himself in time so that nothing too graphic was shown. However, wouldn’t this be an enormous deal if Tom had done this to a woman in the shower? This has to be treated the same way, which is something completely awful and inappropriate. Tom’s clearly looking for a way to get out so that he can leave under his own terms, and expulsion is clearly a way to do that. We don’t know what’s going to happen to Tom now, but doesn’t that have to be clearly on the table.
As for Alec, he’s clearly upset and has spent much of the evening getting emotional over the thought that this could hurt his career after the game. We really feel for the guy, and hopefully production will at least step in and tell him that nobody ended up seeing anything for his own piece of mind.

I’m literally horrified at all of the people who are justifying Tom’s actions or are calling Alec a baby over this. It’s like saying if a woman wears a low-cut shirt, she’s asking for compliments whether it be from some creeper or from her boyfriend. Of COURSE one is more welcome, but just because Alec would have preferred Topaz to open the shower doesn’t mean he can’t be upset over Tom doing it.

Yea it’s not a big deal when you’re not the one going through it. If this was one of the girls that it happened to, I’m sure this would be a different scenario.

It’s amazing how people think Alec deserves it because he goes around the house without a shirt on. That’s like saying that girl deserved to get raped because the way she dressed. Sounds pretty stupid doesn’t it?
And then you have all these idiots saying he must have a small penis, real mature. Btw a non-erect penis that is small grows a lot larger than someone who has a big penis that is non-erect. So that’s really irrelevant really. A big non-erect penis barely grows and doesn’t get that hard.

If you don’t think this was a big deal, you clearly aren’t old enough to appreciate how bad it is. “So what he was naked for the world to see?” Well, some people are building careers where they are put in the public spotlight. If there are nude photographs of them on the internet, they could lose their whole job over it, making countless years of schooling useless. It’s not the same as a bunch of people messing around in the lockerroom because it’s permanently on the internet now.

he is a firefighter who is obviously very comfortable with being stared at he is probably quite used to doing this sort of thing with his friends and he did show remorse once he realized alec was actually upset

WOW. Some of you people make me feel sick. Saying that Alec should not care; its not a big deal; he has a small penis. Grow up. Alec has absolutely every right to be upset. I bet none of you would be saying the same thing if Tom had done that to a woman. People would be freaking out about sexual harassment and bullying. It is the exact same thing! Alec did not deserve that and yes it can actually screw up his career if it were seen.
And seriously people, walking around without a shirt and having your most private and intimate body parts shown on national television are NOT the same thing. You cannot even compare it. I like the person above who said that it would be like saying a woman who wore a shirt or shorts showing off her legs all the time, deserved to have her vag shown.

Guaranteed if it was Topaz opening the shower door as a joke…. we aren’t having this discussion and Alec would have laughed about it. Goes to show Alec is only upset because of WHO it was that opened the door. And I don’t even like Tom, and I liked Alec before this episode. I completely agree. If he did this to a female HG he would be expelled. The same rules should apply, lets not play gender roles here. Tom had a good future in the BB house, but he completely ruined it for himself, when he watches the episodes back home, he should be ashamed. He’s literally throwing his whole game away for Liza. I agree with the comments made about Alec being a big baby! He is crying over something that I am sure he has done plenty of times. Topaz making a fool of herself going off on Tom and Liza – what a total bitch Topaz is. She should take a hard look at herself and remember that she pulled down her bathing suit trunks and exposed herself in the pool when she was ranting about not shaving her pubic hair. Something similar to this happened in Big Brother 4 (USA), where Alison’s ex-boyfriend pulled her out of the shower completely naked. I’m sure you can google it.
That was obviously far worse yet she laughed it off and no one said boo. Alec was way too sensitive about this and Topez made it into a way bigger issue than it needed to be.

Well, I don’t think it’s right to condone what Tom did. Yes, they are on a reality tv show with tons of cameras. However, it is not unreasonable to expect to take a shower without the nation seeing your dick. It was not Alec’s choice to show it, and that makes all the difference. This reasoning is not just for someone to purposely expose another person without their permission. This is a classic case of blame the victim. Tom used bullying tactics to get back at Alec. Alec had to expect a camera would catch him sooner or later. If he is so concerned over his career what is he doing making out with someone on National TV who he had just met. You tell me if an university was hiring 2 people who had both been on live TV, the first person showed some skin whereas the 2nd person was forever making out with a stranger he just met, who do you think they would choose. Give it a rest Topaz and Alec. You both want Tom out of the house because he is a threat. The two of you would rather lay around all day and everyone win competitions to keep you in the game.

I don’t know why such a big deal is being made about this. If you are that worried about some of your bits being caught on camera then why are you in the Big Brother Canada house in the first place with 50+ cameras watching your every move. Alec walks around the house thinking he is this hot stud but cries like a baby cause Canada “may” have seen his peen…when in fact we haven’t. Big Brother 5…Cowboy Michael got his pants pulled down all the time and he never ran to the diary room crying like a baby about it. Has Alec never seen an international version of BB? I just don’t think this should be as big of an issue as it is.

Tom should be removed from the house. This is only the beginning to what could happen and what people will do to win. The rules of play should be clear. And charges laid if things go to far. Alec could lose his career and Tom just laughs and thinks he could still win and if so what a disgrace for the producers. If someone did this outside the house they would be charged!!

I feel bad for Alec. Keep in mind he has been on slop for a while now & is extra emotional as we have seen with the other contestants breaking down. Just because Tom wants his ugly naked ass all over the feeds, doesn’t mean other people want the whole world to see their goods. I didn’t like Tom or Liza from the start anyways but this added more fuel. I hope they both go. I’m very content that one is leaving this week & I don’t feel bad.

I believe the saying is”Size does not matter”. If this happened to anyone in the house I believe the reaction would be the same. What happened would make anyone feel exposed and vulnerable. It was dirty play and should not be tolerated. Bullying comes in many forms and this was one of them. I don’t believe Tom is being sincere when he says all he is concerned about is how he has hurt Alec. He is trying to cover his ass. Liza is a snake and Tom is just as bad. They deserve each other.

Look if a woman is wearing a skirt in the big brother house with no underwear and showing her crotch/couch out everywhere, I would feel no differently. If you make the decision to show of parts of your body and walk around half naked all the time you can’t cry foul like you were some saint. How do you think a university would look on him walking around a house lying to people, acting immorally, plotting and scheming, backstabbing, walking around with no shirt or no pants on at all the time. And Tom never took off the clothes of Alec, he simply opened a door. Alec was in a house full of cameras, it was foreseeable that his dick would be shown on tv if he got naked in a house full of cameras. He is whinning about nothing.

Tom should be sent packing immediately! This is NOT acceptable behavior. In my opinion this action was equally as disgusting as violence. BBCan should evict Tom immediately & allow Gary to replace Tom with another person so Liza can leave this week too.
For people saying it’s not big deal for Alec; perhaps you are unaware that his entire career could be OVER now. He is a PHD candidate & wants to be a professor. Universities & Colleges frown on anything of this nature & would likely (whether publicly or not) not hire him do to this indiscretion.
To say he walks around without a shirt so he should chill out is truly ignorant. That’s like saying a lady who wears skirts should be okay showing off her vagina. PLEASE.

I really think eviction is the only option. It’s inexcusable, and it needs to be made an example of. It should not be tolerated due to its intent to cause harm. I also think it should be done before eviction, and a replacement for his chair should be named, leaving Liza on the block.
Therefore completing the double eviction.
If heads of households are removed for minor offensives such as carrying a ball, this should be taken as a major. It really would be less humiliating if Tom punched Alec, and he would be evicted for that. Intent to hurt is abuse.
