‘The Walking Dead’ season 3 spoilers: A deeper look into Andrea, Michonne’s friendship
Things on “The Walking Dead” season 3 are starting to heat up and both the Governor and Rick are preparing for war, but what everyone really wants to know is – how will it all end?
It seems that Andrea is really the most important player in this war between Rick and the Governor at the moment. She is a killer when her life is threatened, there’s no doubt about that, but when it comes to taking out the Governor to stop this war, she has fallen short. Many people criticized her character through out the season saying that Andrea abandoned her friend (Michonne) and her feelings for the Governor are clouding her judgement. Whatever her feelings for the Governor may have been in the past they certainly aren’t the same now, but outside of killing the Governor she’s not sure how to stop him from destroy Rick and his group. Also did she really abandon Michonne for a man or was Andrea just clinging to the idea that there is still hope for a simpler way of life at Woodbury?
Reports from TVLine about this Sunday’s upcoming episode reveal that we will get a deeper insight into Andrea and Michonne’s time together on the road as well as how deep their friendship really ran. We will also see Andrea back in a familiar position with the Governor where she will have a weapon trained on him with the intent to kill him once and for all after she learns that he isn’t interested in a peace treaty with Rick, but plans on killing, capturing and torturing everyone at the prison. TV Guide reveals that this Sunday’s episode will be one that fans of the comics will be pleased but terrified over, because they will be introducing a particular setting pulled straight from the most vile and heartbreaking portions of “The Walking Dead” comic book. The twist will be who will enter this infamous location – it might not be who you think.
