‘The Bachelor’ finale spoilers: Sean Lowe on confronting Lindsay Yenter, Catherine Giudici

Sean Lowe as "The Bachelor"We all knew that the season finale for “The Bachelor” is going to be intense; however, what may be almost as hard for Sean Lowe is talking once again with the woman that he sent packing in the final minutes of the show. This is what will happen at 10:00 p.m. Eastern time Monday night, when the show goes live for “After the Final Rose” for the second straight time. (The reason for that is to try to keep spoilers from hitting the internet as much as possible.)

So what sort of feelings does Sean have about this right now? While he has professed time and time again to be a pretty confident guy, he did explain in a new interview with The Hollywood Reporter that this moment is not going to be even remotely easy for him to handle:

“It’s always awkward to face your exes, especially to face someone that had such strong feelings for you and thought they were going to spend the rest of their life with you.”

Sean also revealed in the interview that there were some major reservations coming from his family before he even signed up for Emily Maynard’s season of “The Bachelorette,” largely in that they were unsure as to whether or not this process (which admittedly does not have the greatest track record ever) would actually yield results:

“[My mom] thought that there’s no way that I’m going to find love on a reality show. She thought that I might be portrayed in some way that’s not who I am.”

Do you find the “After the Final Rose” special to be entertaining in some way, or just downright awkward? If you want to know where we think Lindsay and Catherine stand moving forward to the final decision, all you have to do is check out the story over at the link here.
