‘The Bachelor’ finale spoilers: Sean Lowe on family, Catherine Giudici, Lindsay Yenter

We already know quite a bit about what is coming up on “The Bachelor” finale, in between the mysterious letter at the final rose ceremony, tearful moments, plenty of fashion, and Neil Lane showing up with some ridiculously expensive jewelry that the lady only gets to keep under certain conditions (meaning that they stay together).

However, there is one part of this final episode that is often overlooked before it happens: Sean’s family getting an opportunity to weigh in on the ladies. Considering that he is such a family man, this may play a much more substantial role in his decision than it has for many other Bachelors and Bachelorettes in the past; not only that, but we also know already courtesy of some previews that his mom has a rather tough time with the idea that he is about to propose.

So what did Sean think about seeing his mother break down in tears on TV? Speaking in a recent chat with “Access Hollywood,” he had the following to say on the subject:

“[My mom] is the sweetest woman in the world — I hate seeing her cry. She was so stressed out for me. She knew I had this monumental decision in front of me, and I think she wants the best for her son and she didn’t want me to make a mistake. So, it was stressing her out.”

At the end of the day, we have a feeling that Sean reassured his mom that everything is going to be all right; and even if he pops the question (which generally happens), the family still has plenty of time to get to know her before the wedding.
