‘The Walking Dead’ season 3, episode 13 preview: Rick and the Governor finally meet!

Fans have been waiting all season for the face off between the Governor and Rick on “The Walking Dead” season 3 and finally all our dreams are going to come true on next Sunday’s all new episode.

Carol suggested to Andrea that she use her feminine charms on the Governor, so that she can get the upper hand and kill him in his sleep, but when push came to shove Andrea found that she couldn’t do it – not because she has feelings for the Governor, but because she just isn’t a cold blooded killer.  So the Governor is still starving for revenge on Rick’s camp and hopes to end this war so that he can rebuild his town.

Andrea may not want to kill the Governor, but she still wants there to be peace and feels that if Rick and the Governor sit down and talk that there might be a way to resolve this without killing each other.  In a new sneak peek for next week’s episode of “The Walking Dead” called “Arrow on the Doorpost” we see Rick waiting impatiently for the Governor to show up so the peace talks can commence.  When he does finally show up, the Governor raises his hands to show Rick that he is unarmed and tells him that they have a lot to discuss.

In a second sneak peek we see Rick, Herschel and Daryl on some sort of a run – it’s not clear what the plan is or what exactly they are doing, but it’s great to see Herschel being part of the team in another way beside offering sage advice and emotional support to the group.
