‘The Lying Game’ season 2, episode 8 preview: Will Sutton turn on Rebecca?
After last night’s shocking episode of “The Lying Game” season 2 it feels like an eternity until next week when we get to find out what happened to Teresa in the graveyard. Who did she see delivering the flowers and why has she gone missing? Luckily there are three brand new sneak peeks just released that can help tide everyone over until next Thursday’s episode. In one of the previews we see Sutton waiting for Teresa outside her wedding, but when Ethan intercepts Sutton and tells her that Teresa is late Sutton starts to fear the worst.
In the second sneak peek we see Thayer trying to make things right with Emma after his big fight with Ethan. Emma tells him that things are so tense right now that incidents like the fight with Ethan are only making things harder on her now that Kristen served Ted with divorce papers. He apologizes and says that he tried to call her the night before, but she didn’t pick up. She tells him she wasn’t interested in talking to anyone and decides not to come clean about kissing Ethan.
In the final sneak peek Rebecca goes to the cabin to talk to Sutton, saying that she hasn’t heard from her since her confession. Sutton starts to try and bait Rebecca about Teresa’s disappearance and who could have done it, or who might decide to “frame” Alec again. Sutton is playing a dangerous game knowing how down right evil Rebecca can be and at this point no one is really sure just what she is capable of. If Sutton pushes too hard will Rebecca turn on her, reveal her secrets or even hurt her? We know that Rebecca is already blackmailing one of her children (Jordan) so why wouldn’t she do it to Sutton too?
