ABC’s ‘Castle’ season 5, episode 15: How Alexis will handle [spoiler]

If you already saw our sneak peeks for Monday night’s new “Castle” season 5 episode, then you are already well aware of the fact that Alexis Castle is going to find herself in a rather terrible bind. Possibly due to factors outside of her own control, Rick’s daughter will find herself kidnapped alongside one of her classmates at Columbia; and not only that, but she is seemingly in the terrible position of being expendable. She’s seemingly not the target of the kidnapping, so she can be done away with at any given moment.

So how will Molly Quinn’s character handle this delicate position? According to a new report from Zap2It, Alexis’ intelligence is going to be very useful as she is quickly able to assess her surroundings after waking up following her capture; not only that, but she may even use some of her resourcefulness in order to try and escape. The most important thing she learns quickly here is that for the time being, the kidnappers want her and her classmate alive, which means they may have a little more leeway to try a few things.

Based on the fact that this is a two-part episode that features everyone from FBI agents to eventually Rick’s father, we imagine that Alexis is probably not going to find her way out of this terrible situation during this episode. Instead, all we can really hope for here is that she is able to acquire enough knowledge about where she is (along with a means to communicate) that she will be able to start Castle and Beckett down the path that they need to find her.
