‘The Walking Dead’ season 3, episode 10 preview: Glenn and Michonne’s big move
Is there another shocker coming up on “The Walking Dead” season 3 soon? Some who have read the Robert Kirkman comics may be shaking in their boots at the sneak peek below from Sunday night’s new episode “Home,” especially since it holds so many similarities to a scene that features a rather shocking end in that medium.
Basically, Glenn suggests to Michonne here that rather than let The Governor come up with some new and rather gruesome ways to torment them while in the prison, they should find a way to take him out themselves by infiltrating Woodbury and making a big move. Michonne’s reply? That they are not assassins, and she is smart enough to know that doing this could very well end up being a suicide mission. As much as you want to save your friends, you have to ensure that you save yourselves first and foremost.
Are we worried about Glenn’s future after suggestions like this? Definitely, just as we are worried about every cast member on this show given the high body count. However, Steven Yuen’s character is in some ways more valuable than ever: he is the spirit and the energy of the show, and he and Maggie are almost the star-crossed lovers who found each other despite the horrible circumstances surrounding them, and now they have to find a way to make it through all of this together (if there even is an end in sight).
