‘Big Brother Canada’ spoilers: The houseguests have been chosen!

During the premiere of “Survivor Caramoan: Fans vs. Favorites” on Wednesday night, the latest promo for “Big Brother Canada” aired on the Global, the network that broadcasts the American version of the show north of the border. In addition to that, it also announced the return of a pair of legendary players in Dr. Will Kirby and Mike “Boogie” Malin … along with a joke about Chilltown and one of their famous phone calls.

Jokes aside, the notable information dropped in this promo is that the houseguests for the new season have been officially chosen, and thus begins the painful waiting game that will last for the next twelve days. We don’t quite know if the procedure is the same in Canada is the United States, but contestants for the CBS show are often sequestered for an extended period of time prior to the start of the game. What’s the reason for this? It’s pretty simple: just in case the cast leaks online, the contestants will not have an opportunity to size up their competition before getting into the house.

The “Big Brother Canada” house is located in Toronto, and despite the cold temperatures, we have a feeling that the producers have quite a few tricks up their sleeves to get some of these houesguests to feel some heat.
