‘Game of Thrones’ season 3 spoilers: Meet Robb Stark’s new company

Robb StarkWe’re still not quite sure how this is possible given all of the characters that have already been announced for “Game of Thrones” season 3, but somehow, there are still some new faces and actors that are turning up as a part of the series this year.

For this latest example, we turn to a new report from popular show site Winter Is Coming, who claims that Oddie Braddell (whose most-notable credit at the moment is an episode of the BBC / BBC America production “Ripper Street”) is set to play the role of Wendel Manderly. For those of you who have read the George R.R. Martin book A Storm of Swords on which this season is based, then you will know already that this is a knight who fights alongside Robb Stark (Richard Madden) during the journey he takes in the upcoming episodes.

Given that the vast majority of characters on “Game of Thrones” do not appear in every episode, it is fair to say that you should not expect Braddell to appear in anything more than just a handful of episodes (if that).

Meanwhile, WEsteros is also reporting that Dean-Charles Chapman is set to play a young Lannister who is being held captive, presumably by Robb given that this is the path of A Storm of Swords. Unfortunately, there are no further details about the role just yet, but he has appeared in a handful of British productions that are lesser-known in America.

The season 3 premiere of “Game of Thrones” on March 31 is inching ever closer, but the good news here is that you do not have to wait too much longer to check out something exciting. If you want to see when the official trailer for the show will for sure be available, all you have to do is visit the story over at the link here.
