‘Game of Thrones’ season 3 spoilers: First details from the premiere
How anxious have you been to read some details for “Game of Thrones” season 3? Luckily, we now have an opportunity to check some of these out courtesy of the first synopsis that has been released from the premiere episode, which still does not have a title as of this writing.
The description was first posted by SpoilerTV, and it presents us with some details about what is going to be happening with many of our main characters. Meanwhile, we also get a mention of Mance Rayder, and where Emilia Clarke’s Daenerys Targeryan is going to head now in her quest to sieze back the Iron Throne for herself:
“Jon is brought before Mance Rayder, the King Beyond the Wall, while the Night’s Watch survivors retreat south. In King’s Landing, Tyrion asks for his reward, Littlefinger offers Sansa a way out, and Cersei hosts a dinner for the royal family. Arya runs into the Brotherhood Without Banners. Dany sails into Slaver’s Bay.”
Typically, “Game of Thrones” synopses have a tendency to become more vague as the season progresses, especially when you remember that HBO typically prefers to release them in monthly blocks rather than on a week-by-week basis. With that in mind, we’ll probably have many of the spoilers for some of the later episodes of the season come March, though do not expect these to give anything major away beyond some of what you may already read online.
Overall, what part of “Game of Thrones” season 3 are you the most excited to watch unfold? Be sure to share some more of your thoughts with a comment below! Meanwhile, be sure to also check out the link here to watch a video interview featuring one of the show’s many cast members.
