‘Hart of Dixie’ season 2 spoilers: Will AnnaBeth and Lavon continue their romance?
What happens when Lemon and Magnolia find themselves alone for the weekend on the next episode of “Hart of Dixie” season 2 called “The Gambler”? Why they enjoy a little sisterly bonding time which includes dying purple streaks into their hair – yes you read that right, Miss Lemon Breeland will be changing up her look, which will include some funky new clothes (goodbye cardigans!) and purple streaks dyed into her hair courtesy of Magnolia.
New photos released from the CW from the next upcoming episode of “Hart of Dixie” show us a very different side of Lemon, looking much younger then she normally does when she is wearing her normal attire of country dresses and sweaters. While her new look might be a little too young for her age, we do hope to see Lemon adopting some of what she will learn from Magnolia and working it into something that works for her.
We will also see Wade competing in a Battle of the Bands type competition in hopes of winning the prize money, so that he can finally fulfill his dream of opening his very own bar in Bluebell. Unfortunately Zoe will be pushing for Wade to somehow include George in his band and which will ultimately blow up in everyone’s faces.
Another storyline that still has fans talking from last week is the AnnaBeth/Lavon romance plot. Despite AnnaBeth’s best efforts to resist her feelings for Lavon and stay true to the girl code of never dating someone your best friend still has feelings for, she ends up at Lavon’s house, kissing him behind closed doors. AnnaBeth seems to have a very strong loyalty towards Lemon (not just because of their friendship, but also they have a catering business together) and we will likely see her struggling with what she’s done and the line she has crossed with Lavon.
Will Lavon end up out in the cold once again? Lavon just can’t seem to catch a break this season as his relationship with Lemon isn’t even a friendship anymore, his relationship with Ruby went south after she said no to his marriage proposal and moved to Dallas and now AnnaBeth is pushing him away despite her feelings for him. From the new photos for next week’s episode of “Hart of Dixie” season 2, it looks like Lavon is going to try his best to convince AnnaBeth that a romance between them is something worth pursuing, but it’s hard to say at this point just what AnnaBeth will end up doing.
