‘The Bachelor’ spoilers: Sean Lowe talks Kacie Boguskie, sending people home

Sean Lowe is starting to slowly narrow down the field of contenders on “The Bachelor” this season, and he is also now starting to speak out a little bit on just what sort of woman makes him want to make a long-term commitment to her.

Speaking in a new interview with Us Weekly (which you can watch further below), Sean talks a little bit about everything from Emily Maynard to the sort of women that he was looking to fall in love with. In addition to someone who was nice and capable of being themselves around him at all times, he also makes a point in here to state exactly why he cannot stand people who are completely self-involved:

“I want someone who selfless, and who cares about other people more than they care about themselves … I knew going into this that I was going to have to break some hearts.”

The video also makes it appear as though Sean knew from the beginning that there was likely not going to be anything romantic between himself and Kacie Boguskie, but he wanted to do the right thing and give it enough of a chance to really find out, as she went through all of the trouble of coming on the show and risking embarrassment on a grand scale after being rejected by Ben Flajnik last year. Even though she was ultimately sent home, the elimination was handled in just about as classy of a way as it could have.
