‘American Horror Story: Asylum’ finale spoilers: Talking Kit and season 3

Evan PetersAs we near the season finale of “American Horror Story” on Wednesday night, there are inevitably two questions that come up worth asking: what’s going to happen during the finale, and what in the world is season 3 going to be about? We have no definitive quotes on either subject, even though we do have some rather nice teasers worth sharing now when it comes to both subjects.

First, let’s begin with the finale. Ryan Murphy posted recently on his Twitter account this week that there was going to be some interesting stuff with Kit’s children that plays out during the episode, and we also now have a new report from E! News that we are going to be seeing something rather surprising when it comes to just who Evan Peters’ character ends up with at the end of the day … though it is still a little bit unclear as to whether or not he is still alive in the show’s present.

As for season 3, we already know that Murphy has sprinkled hints throughout most of the final episodes of this season. Plus, he has also spoken out now and dropped more hint that should give people desperate for scoop on the new handful of episodes salivating: there will be more than one setting to the show this time around, so do not just expect things to stay as centrally located as they have for either one of the first two seasons. Plus, he also expects season 3 to be a little bit more comedic than what we saw from the dark and dreary show this time around.

Overall, have you enjoyed this trip to the asylum, or are you more prepared at this point to push forward into a new season of terror? If you want to read more about some of the theories that are being debated out there by fans at the moment, you can do so here.
