‘American Horror Story: Asylum’ spoilers: Who will die and who will be pregnant?

The midseason finale of “American Horror Story: Asylum” will be airing tonight and with such an action packed season it’s hard to imagine how they are going to be able to leave a bigger cliffhanger then some of the others they’ve already left dangling for us. (Warning: spoilers ahead).

With Lana and Kit both back at Briarcliff holding Dr. Thredson (the real Bloody Face) hostage, Lana will find the evidence needed to prove Kit’s innocence and likely get him released from the institution.  Will that mean freedom for Lana too? It is pretty clear that they asylum is falling to pieces fairly quickly at this point and the only person that is able (and willing) to stop Sister Mary Eunice from completely destroying the place (Sister Jude) will find herself locked up as a patient at Briarcliff, so who will stop Sister Mary Eunice now?

There are a few big ticket spoilers that will be coming up on tonight’s episode that will turn this series upside down and leave viewers wanting more (it’s going to be a long wait until the show returns next year). Here are a few of the juicy tidbits that we know thanks to Entertainment Weekly.  Dylan McDermott will be returning to the series as the modern day Bloody Face and the angel of death will also be making an appearance to take away a major character. Two characters that have been missing from the series will be returning for a major twist while two other characters will find themselves pregnant.  We suspect that one of them will be Lana with Bloody Face’s son, which would explain Dylan McDermott’s motivation to be the modern day Bloody Face.
