‘The Walking Dead’ season 3 spoilers: Death and Woodbury
If for whatever reason you have not seen enough death so far on “The Walking Dead” season 3, you will probably find the following story to be rather pleasing: more is on the way.
In what is sure to be some of the least-stunning news to anyone who has watched AMC’s hit drama series extensively, Lauren Cohan tells Entertainment Weekly first and foremost that we are getting closer and closer to the grand showdown between Rick and The Governor’s two camps in Woodbury; and as a result of that, the number of bodies hitting the ground is sure to escalate to new heights:
“The body count is not done … That’s pretty much all I can say, but we’re not just going to see death. There’s going to be a whole host of challenges now that we’ve got the human threat. Woodbury is up to no good. The Governor is up to no good; it’s really scary. We’ve got some scary stuff ahead.”
So who are really the people in the most danger of meeting their maker? The Governor has to be considered a primary candidate, but he is far from the only one. As he rules over this town with an iron fist (though the residents may not always see his true nature), anyone who comes in opposition to him could end up being in the crosshairs and may be taken out. So far, Michonne and Andrea have already realized to varying degrees just what this man is capable of, and it will only be a matter of time before some other people end up doing the same.
