‘Two and a Half Men’ review: Are Walden and [spoiler] back together?
Considering how big a song on the radio Taylor Swift’s “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” is, there is a part of us that is almost starting to think about Thursday night’s new episode of “Two and a Half Men.” It was a half-hour that had its fair share of comedy, but in the end it also showed us that the last two episodes really did not matter at all in the grand scheme of things.
Basically, what happened here when it come to the story was rather simple: after getting together with Charlie Harper’s old flame Rose on last week’s episode, the two were intent on taking their relationship to the next level by having her agree to move in with him. The issue with this? Rose is really not the sort of person that you want living with you, and it was made apparent quicker than Walden could really brush aside his famous locks. She brought in ferrets, birds, and more baggage than could fit at an airline baggage claim.
To confound matters even more, Zoe admitted to Walden that she really wanted him back, and the opportunity was finally here for the taking. However, Ashton Kutcher’s character still found a way to blow it … but not just by dating Rose. In a move that was actually pretty realistic to real life, Walden made his real mistake by not being honest when it come to him asking her to move in with his … and this sort of lie can sting far worse than dating someone who you ignored the red flags of in order to find love.
