The Rookie season 2 episode 10 spoilers: Prepare for ‘The Dark Side’
We’ve seen a number of dangerous characters on The Rookie over the years, but season 2 episode 10 could have one of the most deadly. Within “The Dark Side,” we’re going to have a chance to see John Nolan struggle with escorting an extremely-dangerous criminal. It’s one thing know who they are and what they’ve done, but there’s something else entirely to be said for new revelations that come out along the way. Somehow, this situation could end up being so much worse than what Nolan envisioned going into it.

“The Dark Side” – Officer Nolan and team are charged with escorting a notorious female serial killer to the graves of her previously unrecovered victims. However, when they arrive, they unearth even more than they expected. Meanwhile, Officer Chen meets a seemingly perfect man who sparks her interest, and Officer Lopez worries about Wesley as his PTSD continues to increase, on “The Rookie,” airing SUNDAY, DEC. 8 (10:00-11:00 p.m. EST), on ABC. Episodes can also be viewed the next day on ABC.com, the ABC app and Hulu.
When it comes to the stories of Officer Chen and then also Lopez, we don’t think that we’re going to see resolution to either of these stories at all. This feels more like something we’ll get more insight on in due time, or at least as this season progresses in the new year. Remember that there could be some frustrating times coming in 2020 — because of the NFL playoffs and then also various awards shows, we imagine that The Rookie is going to be on some sort of hiatus when we get around to the winter.
No matter when it comes back or what happens, we do at least know this: We’re going to have a lot of police drama with a little bit of character-development through in there.
