Blue Bloods season 10 episode 10 promo: A stakeout operation

Blue Bloods season 10

Blue Bloods season 10 is returning to CBS on Friday night with another new episode, and it’s one that does raise a lot of questions. Take, for example, whether or not Frank Reagan can avoid a dramatic PR crisis.

In the promo, you get a sense of some of it has Frank is briefed about a prominent NYPD official having an extramarital affair that could land the entire department in some hot water. It’s something that he needs a little more information on … which leads to a stakeout? That’s what the promo seems to suggest, as it looks as though Baker may be one of the people responsible for tailing the parties involved. It’s nice see Baker have a role that is outside of the Commissioner’s office, no? This is a different sort of case than we’re used to, and it’s also complicated enough for Frank that it would make sense for him to want his most-trusted people on it.

Also, isn’t it nice that we’re getting to see more of Garrett working on the case, as well? Just remember that one day ago, we were dealing with questions as to whether or not the character was going to be staying on the job due to some mandates from the new Mayor. Once the truth was unraveled there, though, everything started to change. We’re personally just wondering if there is going to be something more coming with Peter Chase and Frank … but we don’t think that the writers will let this go just yet.

This episode of Blue Bloods may be the last one for the calendar year, so we’d go ahead and say to expect some great things to transpire here.
