In the video below, you can see what Eric, Chris O’Donnell, Barrett Foa, and a number of other cast members all had to say about getting to this point in the series’ run and what it means to them. It’s a chance to reflect on the past decade of their lives, and all of the work that they’ve done and the friendships that they’ve made. We think that all of these cast members are well-aware of the specialness of where they are, in particular since so few shows make it to #250 in an era where there are so many viewing opportunities out there. Who knows? Maybe a 300th episode is still possible.
As for what’s going to be coming up in this particular episode, be prepared for a Linda Hunt-focused story. Someone from Hetty’s past is going to return to the mix, and with that, we’re going to have a chance to see the end result of her handiwork … or what she believes to be her handiwork. What happens when you live within such a world of violence? Can you emerge from it okay? Does it overwhelm you? Hetty is human, and she has made mistakes. Yet, we’ve never questioned the size of her heart or her intentions. We think that she is trying to make America a safe place, but there are some burdens and struggles that go along with that.
One more thing we should point out — the 251st episode looks to be just as awesome as #250.
